A limited evaluation is opening for eight licensed California RCFEs. Eval runs on a populated fictional home — you do not enter residents. Selected homes that complete the evaluation are eligible for one year of access free after full launch. Additional qualified applicants are waitlisted and move up if a seat is not used. Use the form to apply. Completing the form does not guarantee a seat.

Administrators get census, staffing, HRM, and billing. Care teams get eMAR, EHR, incidents, and meals. Licensees get a manage console for packages, invoices, and collections without mixing House A’s chart with House B’s invoice.
Resident and facility data is encrypted in the application, and every session runs over HTTPS. Cards never touch our servers — Stripe holds payment methods.

eMAR administer, hold, refuse, late, and PRN. Resident health profiles, assessments, vitals, and care plans. Incident reports with LIC 624 overlays. Meals and dietary cycles when the home uses them. Designed so a surveyor can still get records if a bill is unpaid.

Not generally available. Eight seats. Fictional seeded facility only. No real resident data. Wish list is collected on this form for selected homes only. Waitlist replaces homes that do not complete onboarding. A seat is offered with seven days to first login after credentials are sent; if that window is missed, the seat moves to the next waitlist home that fits the mix. Completing the form is not a seat.
